Evaporative coolers

REF series evaporative coolers provide cooling via evaporation. In such systems, excess heat is transferred from the liquid, which should be cooled through the heat exchanger, into the environment.

Evaporative coolers are used to cool clean water without contaminating it with atmospheric precipitation. The liquid circulates through a heat exchanger made of high-quality galvanized steel.

Evaporative coolers of the REF series are an effective alternative to dry cooling, as well as open circuit cooling towers.

  • Two-sided corrosion protection.
  • Compact heat exchanger.
  • Reduced noise level.
  • Easy maintenance.
  • Cost-advantageous transportation.

  • Framework/Casing: made of hot-dip galvanized steel panels, sealed to ensure water resistance; equipped with one or more doors for internal inspection.
  • Heat exchanger: prime quality smooth tubes, bent to form serpentines, which occupy the entire volume of the unit; there is the possibility of additional tube finning - from 50% to 100%.
  • Water recirculation system: equipped with one or more centrifugal pumps; spraying system made of steel tubes, main header, polipropylene secondary headers, rubber nozzles assembled without gaskets; bypass tube with control valve.
