COMPONENTS:

  • FRAMEWORK (base, self supporting frame and panelling ): steel with protective epoxy coating; color: RAL 9002.
  • COMPRESSOR: two-screw semi-hermetic compressors, optimized for R134a refrigerant; thermal protection of the motor via temperature sensors; terminal box with IP54 enclosure class; the oil level indicator and the replaceable cartridge of the oil filter.
  • EVAPORATOR: shell-and-tube evaporator; tubes with a helical rifled internal surface; polyurethane thermal insulation; shell, header, tube sheets, made of carbon steel, copper tubes; equipped with temperature sensors for monitoring water pressure, and with antifreeze heater.
  • CONDENSING AND FREE-COOLING COIL: copper tubes with aluminum fins which increase heat exchange of system and reduce the amount of refrigerant;
  • Characterized by: the minimum volume of refrigerant needed; reduced air consumption required for heat exchange; presence of an ambient temperature sensor.
  • FANS: fans with sickle-shaped blades; equipped with a rotary AC motor; stepless variable speed with phase-cut electronic controller for condensing pressure and free-cooling control
  • CONTROL SYSTEM: MP.COM microprocessor control with graphical display; volt-free contact for emergency warning system; work timer components; a password-protected menu; LAN connection.
